Preparations for the meeting of the Turkmen -Armenian Intergovernmental Commission were discussed at a government meeting

On March 14, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers using the digital system, the agenda of which included a number of issues of state life, TDH reports.
During the meeting, cof the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on preparations for the 10th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen -Armenian Commission on Economic Cooperation.
As reported, in order to further develop and expand relations between the two countries, the upcoming meeting of the Commission will discuss the possibilities of deepening cooperation in the trade and economic, fuel and energy, financial and economic, and scientific and educational spheres, as well as in such areas as high technology, sports, culture, healthcare, transport and communications, information systems, interregional cooperation and strengthening the legal framework.
In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal for consideration by the head of state.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Armenia is among the partner countries of Turkmenistan, and our countries maintain friendly relations.
Having emphasized the importance of proper preparation for the 10th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen -Armenian Commission on Economic Cooperation, the head of state approved the proposal on the composition of this Commission from the Turkmen side and instructed the Vice-Chairman to carry out the relevant work.
