Representatives of Turkmenistan and Italy discussed priority areas of cooperation

The oil and gas sector, the railway industry, the textile industry, agriculture and water management are among the priority areas of Turkmen-Italian bilateral cooperation. This was discussed at a meeting between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Ahmet Gurbanov and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Edmondo Cirielli, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country reports.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral relations in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian areas.
It was emphasized that intergovernmental and interdepartmental contacts between Turkmenistan and Italy contribute to strengthening bilateral relations.
