On April 29, a scientific and practical conference entitled "Current tasks of oil and gas industry development in the International Year of Peace and Trust" was held at the Nebitgazylmytaslama Institute of the State Concern «Turkmennebit».
The event is dedicated to the issues of increasing the production of oil and gas resources in the country's fuel and energy complex. Scientists and specialists of the Nebitgazylmytaslama Institute of the State Concern «Turkmennebit», as well as teachers of the Balkanabat Oil Secondary Vocational School and the Balkanabat branch of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas spoke at the forum.
During the conference, reports were heard on the study of Miocene deposits of the Gogerendag-Ekerem upland zone, methods for increasing oil production, optimal methods for using oil producing wells, improved methods for influencing the bottomhole zones of a well, selection of chemical reagents for the preparation of commercial oil, new inhibitory additives for the preparation of drilling fluids, and improved technologies for limiting the flow of formation water into a well. The reports also presented proposals aimed at maintaining stable oil and gas production.
During the conference, guests and scientists exchanged experiences and ideas. In their speeches, the conference participants noted the great importance of the proposals made for the development of the oil and gas industry.
