On Sunday, June 29, a telephone conversation took place between the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, TDH reports.

Recep Erdogan cordially congratulated Hero-Arkadag on his birthday, wishing him good health, well-being and new successes in his responsible state activities.

Noting the enormous contribution of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the consistent strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries, the head of Turkey, taking the opportunity, addressed warm greetings to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Hero-Arkadag noted that the Republic of Turkey is one of the close, fraternal states of Turkmenistan. In this regard, the enrichment of interstate relations based on the principles of friendship and brotherhood with new content was noted.

The interlocutors noted the long-term and strategic nature of the dialogue between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey, the development of which is facilitated by the common language, culture and spiritual values ​​of both peoples.

Regular visits of government delegations, as well as consultations and negotiations at the level of departments of the two countries, also make a significant contribution to strengthening interstate cooperation.

Hero-Arkadag thanked Recep Erdogan for his personal contribution to the consistent development of relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey.
