The branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan announces TENDER No. 2025/23 in Turkmen manats for rendering services for the provision of cargo and dump truck special equipment with driver personnel for the branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan according to the technical specifications. 

  To participate in the tender, you are invited to the address: Branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan 59, Block 150, T. Satylov Street, 745100, Balkanabat to do the following:

To submit a written application on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the Director of the Branch about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and certified by a seal, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications will not be accepted); 

To receive the technical assignment (specifications);

To submit in envelopes A and B a tender proposal within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the official publication in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm, but not later than 06:00 p.m. 

The package of commercial (tender) proposals must be submitted in envelopes in two copies (envelope A and envelope B). Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be accepted.
