Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for

TENDER CNPCIT-2026SC1

 for the sale of gas condensate with a minimal annual production volume of 60,000 tons, produced in the Bagtyýarlyk Contractual Territory. 

Any company interested in this tender may submit an application to participate in the tender by providing the following information and documentation:

- an application for participation in the tender on a company letterhead signed by the company director;

- information on the company, including the name of the company, country of registration, bank details and contact numbers;

- the company registration document, power of attorney from the company to the authorized representative for the right to submit and accept the document;

- experience in providing similar services;

- provision of supporting documents on experience in the purchase and sale of condensate or similar petroleum products over the past 3 years (2022, 2023, 2024):

- documents of cooperation with the refinery (contract),

- documents of cooperation with the transport company (contract, consignment note),

- documents on the availability of storage facilities,

- certificate of direction and volume of delivery, 

- provision of supporting documents on financial statements for the last 3 years (2022, 2023, 2024); 

   -  business relations with final consumers, in particular refineries in the region.

   For local companies, it is necessary to provide a copy of the registration certificate of entry into the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. 

Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be developed in English and Russian and provided in two hermetically sealed envelopes, certified by a seal and and signed by the official representative. On the outside, a cover letter and a representative’s power of attorney with a copy of his or her passport shall be attached. On the envelope, the name of the addressee, sender, and name of the tender shall be indicated. 

Proposals submitted by e-mail or after the deadline will not be accepted.

The deadline for submitting documents is 6:00 p.m. on the 10th working day from the date of publication of the tender announcement in the media.
