The Organizing Committee of the 30th International Conference and Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – OGT 2025" has announced an extension of the registration deadline until Monday, October 13, 2025, due to an unprecedented influx of delegate applications.

The application deadline was originally scheduled for October 10, but due to exceptionally high demand, the deadline has been extended by three days for both in-person and online participants. This decision reflects the forum's growing reputation as a leading energy platform in Eurasia, bringing together industry leaders, investors, and government officials from around the world.

"This extension of the registration deadline provides an additional opportunity for everyone considering participation to join this landmark event," the Organizing Committee noted. "The active interest from international and regional companies confirms the global community's trust and confidence in Turkmenistan's energy potential."

To date, more than 1,200 delegates from 70 countries have registered to participate in the forum, along with over 100 exhibiting companies that will present their latest technologies and innovations at OGT Expo 2025—the largest energy exhibition ever held in Turkmenistan.

The event will bring together senior executives from the global energy industry, including the energy ministers of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, the heads of SOCAR, BOTAŞ, ADNOC, PETRONAS, CNPC, TotalEnergies, Eni, BP, and Shell, as well as investors and experts from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.

The extension of the registration period provides an opportunity for those who have not yet made a final decision to become part of this significant event. The organizing committee highlights five key reasons why participation in the forum will be particularly valuable:

Opportunity to meet with over 1,200 global energy industry leaders and establish business connections with representatives from 70 countries;

Obtain the latest information on global trends and learn firsthand about investment strategies, innovation, and the development of the energy transition;

Explore Turkmenistan's investment opportunities—from natural gas monetization and petrochemicals to renewable energy and infrastructure projects;

Meet with heads of state-owned corporations and ministries, discuss partnerships and initiatives directly with those shaping the energy agenda;

Experience Turkmen hospitality — modern Ashgabat, its architecture, and the legacy of the Great Silk Road.

Delegates will also be able to receive prepaid local SIM cards with unlimited internet access for uninterrupted communication throughout their stay. Celebrating 30 years of international cooperation, OGT 2025 will be held October 22–24, 2025, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The forum aims to set new benchmarks in energy dialogue, technology exchange, and investment partnerships across the Eurasian region.
