Turkmenistan delegation participated in the ADIPEC-2025 International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference

A delegation from Turkmenistan, led by Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the Turkmennebit State Concern, participated in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC-2025), held from November 3 to 6, 2025, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, according to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The delegation included the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the UAE, B. Bayramov, as well as representatives of the State Concerns Turkmennebit and Turkmengas.
The official opening of the exhibition took place under the patronage of the President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and brought together a wide representation of international energy companies and industry experts.
Turkmenistan presented a national pavilion at the exhibition, showcasing the achievements and potential of our country's oil and gas industry, as well as investment opportunities for foreign partners.
As part of the exhibition, Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the State Concern Turkmennebit, met with Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and Managing Director and CEO of ADNOC. During the conversation, the parties noted the positive dynamics of Turkmen-UAE cooperation in the energy sector and expressed their readiness to further develop this mutually beneficial partnership.
On November 3, the Chairman of the State Concern Turkmennebit met with Saeed Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) and Dragon Oil. On November 4, a meeting with Abdulkarim Al Maazmi, CEO of Dragon Oil, was held at the Turkmenistan pavilion. During the discussions, current cooperation and prospects for joint projects were discussed.
The Dragon Oil pavilion presented detailed information dedicated to the 25th anniversary of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Dragon Oil.
The Turkmen delegation also met with representatives of leading international companies, including ADNOC, Petronas, Siemens Energy, Baker Hughes, Yug-Neftegaz, and Azizi Group. Prospects for cooperation and the implementation of joint projects in the oil, gas, and energy sectors were discussed.
Turkmenistan's participation in ADIPEC 2025 was an important step in strengthening international energy cooperation, promoting the country's investment potential, and expanding business contacts with leading global companies.
Global demand for oil will grow until 2028, – IEA
