The President of Turkmenistan's state visit to Kazakhstan has begun

Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov departed for a state visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 24, TDH reports.
At the capital's international airport, the head of state was seen off by government officials.
Sometime later, the presidential plane landed at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana, decorated with the national flags of both countries. Honor Guards lined both sides of the carpet leading from the aircraft's steps.
Here, the Turkmen leader was warmly welcomed by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Relations between Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan, based on shared history, culture, language, and spiritual and moral values, are characterized by a strategic partnership. Both countries, which play a significant role in the global energy market, place particular emphasis on strengthening political dialogue, developing economic cooperation, and ensuring regional security, TDH notes.
