Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and China exceeded $8.3 billion in January-October

Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and China in January-October of this year amounted to $8 billion, 343 million, 699 thousand, according to the General Administration of Customs of China.

Turkmen exports accounted for the majority of this trade turnover. From January-October, Turkmenistan exported $7 billion, 059 million, 077 thousand worth of goods to China. During the same period, Turkmenistan imported approximately $1 billion, 284 million, 622 thousand worth of Chinese goods.

The main component of Turkmen exports to China is natural gas, supplied via pipeline.
