China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-25033-MR for purchase of spare parts for rotating and static equipment for Maintenance Service on «Bagtiyarlyk» Contract Territory.

     Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for participation. The application for tender participation shall include the following documents:

1.     Application on participation in Tender.

2.     Brief introduction about company and its main activities.

3.     Experience list of similar purchase for the last three years.

4.     Provision the certificate of Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

    Deadline for submission of applications within 7 (seven) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

    Pre-qualification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and Russian languages, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (1 original and 1 copy) and fully scanned version of document required). On the envelope must be printed name of receiver, name of sender, number and name of tender.
