The branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan announces TENDER No. 2026/01 in Turkmen manats for the provision of services of a 25-ton truck crane together with a PKS-5M logging hoist for the installation/dismantling of wellhead equipment (lubricator, preventer and others) and the hanging of a geophysical roller on a hook during well swabbing at the Hazarneft State Enterprise.

To participate in the tender, you are invited to do the following:

1.  To submit a written application to the e-mail: KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the Director of the Branch about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and certified by a seal, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications will not be accepted); 

2.  The technical assignment will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application;

3.    The tender proposal must be submitted as electronic files in PDF format, with duplicates in Word or Excel format, archived in RAR format. Files must be protected with a password of at least 8 characters.

4.   The tender proposal must be submitted within 7 (seven) working days from the date of official publication in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm, not later than 06:00 p.m. local time on the 7th working day. Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be accepted.
