The achievements in the gas industry, which takes a leading position in the development of the national economy of our independent country, inspire immense pride in each of us. With the support of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, outstanding results are being achieved through the implementation of advanced technologies, large-scale geological exploration and the expansion of production capacity. One of striking examples of this high production rate is the strong gas flow from a new well at the Hazarly site, located near the Böwrideşik field of the Lebapgazçykarysh Directorate.

The well, drilled by the Marynebitgazgözleg expedition of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation, is producing 120,000 cubic meters of natural gas a day. The new well, named Hazarly-3, is the first to produce gas at the Hazarly site, marking the opening of new prospects for our country’s gas industry. This event confirms that the geological exploration work, conducted by our Directorate is consistent and focused on achieving high results.

The steady growth in production indicators across the Directorate is a vivid result of the diligent work of gas workers. For the first 11 months of the past year, the plan was more than 101 percent fulfilled. The planned annual production of 9.3 billion cubic meters of gas was set, and over 8.516 billion cubic meters of gas were produced in the January-November period. These figures demonstrate the successful achievement of the objectives set before the country’s gas industry.

The Directorate also achieved high results in natural gas exports. During the reporting period, the planned supply of 3 billion 368 million 988 thousand cubic meters to foreign consumers was, but the actual volume of gas exported exceeded 4 billion 75 million cubic meters. Thus, the export plan was more than successfully fulfilled. Such successes significantly strengthen our country’s reputation as a reliable partner in international gas markets. Furthermore, results, achieved in gas condensate production, exceeded planned targets, confirming the high level of production.

Our achievements are based on the dedicated and persistent work of over 2,500 employees of the Directorate. The primary trade union organization places special emphasis on protecting workers’ labor rights, ensuring safe working conditions and improving their social well-being.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our esteemed President, the country’s gas industry is reaching new heights of development. The commissioning of new wells, increased production and export volumes and expanded geological exploration clearly demonstrate the successful implementation of Turkmenistan’s energy strategy. Such achievements, along with the strengthening of our country’s economic might, contribute to strengthening Turkmenistan’s position in the international energy market.
