The Turkmengaz State Concern announces an extension of the deadline for submitting tender proposals

for Tender No. T/GAZ-31

for the purchase of material and technical resources for the needs of the Turkmengaz State Concern

under Lot No. 2 – “Technological equipment”.

To the address: 13th floor, PFPD, Turkmengaz State Concern, 56, Archabil Shayoly, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, you are proposed to do the following:

- to submit a written application (applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details;

-           to be acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan “On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services for state needs” with an extract from the Tender Rules and a list of documents required for participation in the tender;

-           to receive lot specifications, technical requirements and basic contract terms;

- to receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 500 (five hundred) US dollars or the equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and bank costs) for one lot for participation in the tender free of charge.

           Tender proposals will be accepted until noon on March 18, 2026, local time.

Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be accepted. The account for transferring funds will be specified when submitting your written application.

One sealed envelope, containing the complete tender offer (quotation), certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the above address from the moment the announcement is published and will be accepted for consideration once funds have been credited to the account. The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in Word format), and the technical and economic specifications (in Excel format).
