An expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers is planned for this week to discuss the 2025 results, according to the Turkmenistan International Information Center.

This was announced by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov during a government meeting on February 6, which reviewed the country's socioeconomic development results for January 2026.

The upcoming expanded meeting will be a key event of the first quarter, as it will not only summarize the final results of the past year but also adjust plans for the future, the publication notes.

This meeting will analyze the implementation of adopted state programs and the fulfillment of previously issued instructions, assess the performance of each economic sector for the entire year 2025, and determine socioeconomic development priorities for the current year based on actual achievements and challenges.

The head of state emphasized that much work remains to be done to further the country's progress, and the expanded format of the meeting will allow for the most effective coordination of efforts across all agencies.
