Today, March 6, a ceremonial meeting dedicated to International Women's Day, March 8, was held at the Central Building of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan.
Female employees of the state concerns Turkmengas, Turkmennebit, and the State Corporation Turkmengeology participated in the event.
As is known, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered the presentation of cash gifts to all women in Turkmenistan in a ceremonial setting on the occasion of International Women's Day, March 8.
During the meeting, Turkmenistan's State Minister and Chairman of the State Concern Turkmengas Maksat Babayev, Chairman of the State Corporation Turkmengeology Gurbangeldi Garlyev, and Deputy Chairman of the State Concern Turkmennebit Vekilimukhammet Ussayev presented cash and valuable gifts to female oil and gas workers on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
The meeting recognized the achievements of women working in the oil and gas industry and emphasized their significant contribution to the development of the country's energy sector.
The gala event continued with performances by singers and creative groups from the Cultural and Business Center of the State Concern Turkmengas, celebrating women in the modern era.
