Business representatives from Afghanistan purchased liquefied natural gas produced by the Türkmenhimiýa State Corporation for foreign currency.
Cotton yarn, denim products, thick licorice extract, wheat flour, as well as Portland cement and aerated concrete blocks were also sold for foreign currency. Buying countries included Turkey, the UAE, India, Serbia, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
The total value of the transactions exceeded $14,611,000.
Domestic entrepreneurs purchased base oil, petroleum road bitumen, and polypropylene (Turkmennebit), as well as wheat flour, fabric, and cotton yarn, for the domestic market. The total value of these transactions exceeded 253,664,000 manats.
