To harmoniously combine theoretical training with practical on-the-job training at the Shatlyk gas compressor station of the Gundogargazakdyrysh Administration's main gas pipeline, a special on-site training session was organized for students from specialized educational institutions.

The main objectives of this practical session were to consolidate the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom under real industrial conditions, as well as to thoroughly familiarize future specialists with the operating principles of compressor complexes, modern technological equipment, and strict safety regulations.

During the on-site training, leading engineers and key specialists from the Administration provided students with comprehensive information on all aspects of the facility's operations. Future employees were able to directly ask industry experts all their questions and receive specific, detailed answers regarding technological cycles and the specifics of the station's daily operations.

This event, held with the full support of the Gundogargazakdyrysh Administration, significantly strengthened the integration between specialized educational institutions and the real production sector. Such close interaction guarantees that in the near future, the domestic oil and gas industry will be replenished with a constellation of highly qualified, experienced young professionals well-versed in advanced technologies.
