A package of strategic agreements was signed at the Forum "White City of Ashgabat - 2026"

The central event of the XXV International Multidisciplinary Exhibition and Conference “White City of Ashgabat – 2026” (WCA 2026) was the signing of cooperation documents with a number of foreign companies, which once again confirmed the desire of Turkmenistan to active international partnership and technological development, - reports the electronic publication "Turkmenistan: the Golden Age".
The event was attended by representatives of the government of Turkmenistan, relevant ministries and departments, as well as heads of large foreign companies. The signed agreements covered strategic areas - digital technologies, energy, industry, transport infrastructure and urban construction.
One of the main results of the forum was the signing of a multilateral memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the Singapore company Bitdeer Technologies Group. The document provides for the development of modern digital infrastructure, the introduction of innovative technological solutions and support for economic diversification processes.
In the energy sector, the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan entered into an agreement with the Japanese company MurooSystems Corporation. The parties agreed on cooperation in the field of innovative technologies and modernization of the industry. Industrial projects took a special place on the agenda.
The State concern Turkmenchemistry signed a memorandum with an international consortium, which included Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Asia Pacific PTE. Ltd., Mitsubishi Corporation Machinery Inc. and the Turkish company Çalık Enerji Sanayi ve ticaret A.ş. The agreement is aimed at the maintenance and modernization of the Garabogazkarbamid complex.
In addition, Turkmenchemistry reached agreements with the Chinese company Hong Kong Richie Sweet Co., Ltd. on the expansion of production capacity and development of investment cooperation.
Several documents were signed in the transport sector, which provide for the renewal of specialized equipment, the development of logistics and the modernization of the road infrastructure.
The documents signed within the framework of WCA 2026 confirmed the integrated approach of Turkmenistan to the development of the economy, industry and urban environment, as well as the country's course towards expanding international interaction and the introduction of modern technologies.
