During the sitting, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Guvanch Agajanov reported on the progress of the modernization of the material and technical base of enterprises and institutions under the jurisdiction of the Türkmengaz State Concern.

As it was reported, the productive work, carried out in that direction, helped ensure reliable supplies of Turkmen natural gas to domestic consumers and its export.

Particular importance is attached to increasing cooperation with leading foreign partners, in particular with one of the companies of the Federal Republic of Germany. This is a vivid result of the favorable conditions created by the President of Turkmenistan and the Hero-Arkadag for the development of the Turkmen-German business cooperation.

In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister presented a draft document for consideration by the head of state.

After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the Türkmengaz State Concern should continue to work on increasing natural gas production. In order to successfully implement the tasks facing the oil and gas sector, the head of state issued a Resolution and addressed a number of instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister.
