The industry meeting considered results of the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan for two months

 In the Central building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, a reporting meeting was held, at which the results of the work of enterprises in the industry for January-February of this year, held under the motto «Epoch of people with Arkadag», were discussed.

 The meeting also considered important aspects of the implementation of the tasks set by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, held on March 4 via video communication, where the results of the work of all sectors of the national economy of Turkmenistan, including the oil and gas sector, were summed up.

 The reporting meeting was chaired by the Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh.Abdrakhmanov, where the State Minister – Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmengas» B.Amanov, Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» G.Baygeldiyev, Chairman of the State Corporation «Turkmengeology» M.Rozyev, General Director  TCOR D.Chishiev, General Director of CJSC «Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company» M.Pirliev, as well as heads of departments and enterprises of the complex.

 The speakers noted the importance of the tasks set by the leader of the nation for the oil and gas complex of the country, in particular, the need to further increase the volume of production and processing of oil and natural gas.  In this regard, the need to intensify the introduction of the latest advanced technologies into production units was emphasized.

 Issues related to the implementation of planned targets for certain indicators of the State Concerns «Turkmengas», «Turkmennebit», as well as the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries were also considered.

 Information was also provided on the progress in the construction of the strategically important transnational pipeline Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India.

 At the end of the meeting, Vice-Chairman Sh. Abdrakhmanov drew attention to the need for timely implementation of the tasks set by the President for the further development of the fuel and energy complex of our country, and wished the participants success in the implementation of the “Program for the development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030”.
