President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
“Dear Serdar Gurbangulyevich! Please accept my warmest congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Turkmenistan,” V. Putin says in the message, published today in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
“Relying on the good traditions of friendship and mutual respect that bind our peoples, over the past decades we have managed to bring interstate cooperation to the level of strategic partnership. Bilateral cooperation is developing dynamically in the political, trade, economic, energy, humanitarian and many other areas,” the President of the Russian Federation noted.
“I am sure that by joint efforts we will ensure the further expansion of partner Russian-Turkmen relations in all directions. This fully meets the interests of our friendly peoples, goes in line with strengthening security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian,” V. Putin emphasized.
At the end of his message, Vladimir Putin wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health and success, and well-being and prosperity to all citizens of Turkmenistan.
