Turkmenistan launches production of new types of polypropylene adhesive tape

 Individual enterprise «Berk onum» expands the range of layered adhesive tape under the trademark «BANT», the press center of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan reports.

 The enterprise, located in the Vekilbazar district of the Mary region, started production of new types of polypropylene adhesive tape at the beginning of this year.  The novelty differs from its predecessors in size.  The necessary raw materials for the production of laminated tape come from the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

 The introduction of new equipment will allow the company to produce 41,600 polypropylene adhesives per month.  Adhesive tape under the trademark «BANT» has a width of 12 mm to 1 m and a length of 10 m to 1000 m.

 The products of the company, which is a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, are exported to a number of neighboring countries.  In the future, the company plans to launch the production of polypropylene fiber.
