President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a resolution instructing the Ministry of Finance and Economy to prepare drafts of the State Budget for 2023 and other state programs by November 1.
“The Ministry of Finance and Economy was instructed to organize work on the preparation of the draft State Budget for 2023, the main directions of socio-economic development and the investment program of the country and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers by November 1, 2022. This is stated in the decree of the head of state, which was published on Thursday in the country's central media.
By June 1, it was instructed to send to the ministries, sectoral departments, khyakimliks (mayoralties) of the regions and the city of Ashgabat settlement forms and guidelines for the preparation of the above projects.
It was also ordered to create a working group of specialists and organize its effective work for the preparation of these projects.
