Last Saturday, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an expanded joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council, at which the results of the work of the sectors of the national economy for January-May 2022 were summed up.
Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shakhym Abdrakhmanov reported on the results of the activity of the enterprises of the oil and gas complex of the country for the reporting period.
In particular, the Vice-Chairman reported that the plan for oil refining was fulfilled by 110.6 percent, gasoline production – by 127.2 %, diesel fuel – by 115.8 %, polypropylene – by 141.9 %, lubricating oils – by 107.2 %, liquefied gas – by 119.7 %.
The plan for the extraction of natural and associated gas was fulfilled by 111.5 %, for the export of «blue fuel» - at the level of 121.9 %.
It was also reported on the technical and economic indicators achieved in the field of oil and gas condensate production.
Having listened to the report, the Head of state addressed the Vice-Chairman with a number of instructions regarding the ongoing analysis of the production and economic activities of the oil and gas complex, more active use of its potential, modernization of production lines, wide introduction of modern technologies.
