On Monday, Vice-Chairman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk by phone discussed issues related to the forthcoming official visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Russian Federation.
