Chinа National Petroleum Corporation International Turkmenistan (CNPCIT) is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender No.CIT-22065-SR for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for the Natural Gas Pressurization Facilities in Central Gas Fields of Block B Project in the “BAGTIYARLYK” Contract Territory for CNPCIT Lebap region, Turkmenistan.

Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for tender participation by providing the following documents and information: 

• Application on participation in Tender.
• Brief introduction about company with background, main activity/business, legal status, Company registration and licensing information.
• Company Financial Report for the last three years.
• Company Experience list for provision of similar Project Management (PMC) Services in Recent Five Years.
• Company official letter concerning the Willingness to Bid Bond, in case of passed prequalification process and participated in Tender.
• A copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Deadline for submission of applications within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents which arrived after deadline will not be accepted.

Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be prepared in English and Russian languages, and be submitted in book binding format, in sealed stamped packages with the signed cover letter. (in quantity of 2 copies and the scanned version of the document also has to be without fail enclosed). Please specify the name of the addressee, sender, number and the name of the tender on cover of package.
