The branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan, carrying out its activities in accordance with the terms of the Supplementary Agreement to the Contract, announces a marketing survey for the purchase of the following office equipment:

1. HP LaserJet MFP236d;

2. HP LaserJet MFP135a;

3. HP LaserJet Pro M130fn;

4. HP LaserJet Pro M130fw;

5. HP LaserJet Pro M428fdn.

To participate in the marketing survey within 5 (five) days from the date of publication of this announcement, you must: 

1. To submit a written application on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the Director of the Branch about the desire to participate in the marketing survey, signed by an authorized person and certified by a seal, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications will not be accepted); 

2. To submit a commercial offer indicating the full name of the product, country of origin, unit of measurement, price per unit of production, total cost and terms of delivery of the product. 

The envelope with your commercial offer must be sealed and signed by a person who has full authority to sign it and duly drawn up indicating the participant, recipient, date of announcement and the subject of the purchase. 

Proposals received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted.
