The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a TENDER for the provision of services for the repair and maintenance of 110 kV overhead lines and electrical equipment of the 110/35/6 kV Eastern Cheleken substation at the Eastern Cheleken field for the following lot:

Lot No. 1. Provision of services for the repair and maintenance of 110 kV overhead lines and electrical equipment of the 110/35/6 kV Eastern Cheleken substation at the Eastern Cheleken field.

In order to participate in the tender and to receive the terms of the tender within ten calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of the publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, it is necessary to do the following:

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.

2. To develop a written application of the applicant for participation in the tender (in any form).
