In the Lebap region, a gas pipeline was put into operation at the Uchadzhi-Zerger section with a length of 125 kilometers.  Its construction was carried out during this year by the specialists of the fifth construction and installation department of the «Turkmengundogarnebitgurlushyk» trust, the electronic edition «Turkmenistan: Golden Age» reports.

The gas pipeline is designed to provide «blue fuel» gas turbine power plant with a capacity of 432 MW, operating on the territory of the Charzhev etrap.

Currently, the company's employees are building a new facility in the city of Gazodzhak.  It will allow to receive liquefied gas and reload it for further transportation to road and rail tanks.

At the same time, the company is developing gas wells at the Nayip gas field.  This, in turn, will increase the volume of natural gas production in the region.
