Turkmenistan remains in the top ten countries with the lowest gasoline prices.  According to GlobalPetrolPrices, as of December 5, Turkmenistan ranked seventh in terms of the availability of gasoline with an octane rating of 95. The price of 1 liter of gasoline in our country is $0.433.

In addition, within the CIS, Turkmenistan is the country with the cheapest gasoline.

The cheapest gasoline in the world is recorded in Venezuela - $ 0.016 per liter.  The top three also include Libya and Iran - $0.031 and $0.053 per liter of fuel, respectively.  At the same time, the average price of gasoline around the world is $1.30 per liter.

The most expensive was gasoline in Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of China), where a liter of gasoline costs $2,969.

It should be noted that in our country, high-quality automotive fuel of various grades, including A-95, A-98, is produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as at a plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas in Akhal velayat, which produces synthetic gasoline ECO-  93, complies with the Euro-5 standard.

The volumes of automobile fuel produced at these modern plants fully meet the needs of the domestic market of Turkmenistan.  At the same time, part of the manufactured products is exported to various countries of the world.  Thus, Turkmenistan sells its oil products through the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange to the countries of Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East and other regions of the world.
