The Turkmen side proposes to create a Single Logistics Center to optimize cargo transportation along the transport corridor Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Turkey. This was stated by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the First Summit of the Presidents of the three countries, held the day before in Avaza on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea.
- One of the most promising projects could be a new transport corridor on the route Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Turkey. The Turkmen leader also expressed his conviction that Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey should play a leading role in the process of building a reliable transport bridge in the East-West direction. Consolidated targeted efforts will allow the parties to reach agreements with other international partners and major investors.

Among them is the Memorandum of Understanding on the further development of cooperation in the field of transport between the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey.
