«Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar» - under this motto Turkmenistan will held 2023. The resolution on this was signed by the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan and published in the country's central media on Friday.
This motto of the coming year was voiced by the Chairperson of the Mejlis Gulshat Mammedova at the joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council of the country held on Thursday.
According to Mammedova, “according to the established tradition, initiated by Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, it is to name every year in a modern way. This tradition embodies national unity, solidarity, embodies the patriotic spirit of our people”.
“Next year’s motto is a tribute of high respect to the President of the country, who confidently leads the people and the Fatherland to new achievements and heights of progress in all areas,” Mammedova said, adding that this decision “was made on the basis of numerous proposals received from citizens”.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved this motto for 2023, along with which the official emblem of the next year was adopted, the semantic meaning of which “reflects the desire of the Turkmen people, together with the youth, to follow the course of the Hero-Arkadag under the leadership of Arkadaglu Serdar, to work hard for the further prosperity of the beloved Motherland”.
