The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) mastered the production of B-92 grade aviation gasoline as part of import substitution.

Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Shakhym Abdrakhmanov reported on the work carried out at the Turkmenneft State Concern «Turkmennebit» to expand the range of produced oil products during a government meeting last Friday.

In particular, information was given on the production of import-substituting products – aviation gasoline grade B-92.  It was noted that together with the TCOR and the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, technical conditions were developed and measures were taken to produce this type of fuel.

Currently, the TCOR produces various types of fuel for aviation, including fuel for jet engines TS-1, aviation gasoline for An-2 aircraft and Jet A-1 aviation fuel.  The plant also produces various grades of motor gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, marine fuel, liquefied gas, petroleum bitumen, petroleum coke, and lubricating oils.
