Fuel oil, polypropylene and petroleum coke sold at exchange auctions

 Last week, 28 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

 Businessmen from the United Arab Emirates, Great Britain, Turkey, Afghanistan and other countries purchased low-sulphur heating oil produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as polypropylene (SC «Turkmennebit») for foreign currency.

 Also, cotton yarn was sold for foreign currency, which was purchased by entrepreneurs from Turkey.

 The total amount of transactions exceeded 14 million 754 thousand US dollars.

 For manats, representatives of business circles of Turkey purchased cotton yarn in the amount of over 17 million 508 thousand manats.

 For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased a total petroleum coke (SC «Turkmennebit») in the amount of 22 million 400 thousand manats.
