The Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), conducts a marketing survey for the purchase of equipment and materials according to the following Application:

Application No. 167 dated February 15, 2023 – Acetylene generator and cutting torch – (1 pc.), calcium carbide – (60 kg), air tool for unscrewing bolts –- (1 pc.) and screw compressor – (1 pc.).

Applications for participation in the marketing survey and commercial offers are accepted within no more than thirty calendar days from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT. To participate, it is necessary to do the following:

1. To develop an applicant’s request for participation in the marketing survey (in any form on an official letterhead signed by authorized persons and stamped with the company’s seal indicating contact information and email addresses) and to send it to the following email addresses.

2. To be registered in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and to provide a copy of the certificate.

The provision of clarifying information, the familiarization with the content of the Application and the receipt of Applications are carried out at the following address:
