In the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the gas workers of the Türkmengaz State Concern, in response to the comprehensive support from the state, work hard, making a worthy contribution to increasing the volume of natural gas production. At present, the drillers of the Türkmengazburawlaýyş Directorate of the Türkmengaz Concern are working on the development and drilling of wells at the Kelleli and Garabil gas fields located in the Mary Velayat.
They recently succeeded in receiving a commercial gas flow from production well No. 01 of the Kelleli gas field. From the new well, the depth of which was 2,535 meters, gas flow was received from a depth of 2,469 meters to 2,467 meters.
The great labor success was the result of the hard work for several months of the drilling team under the guidance of a drilling foreman Arslan Meredov. According to experts, the flow rate of the gas well is 571,000 cubic meters of natural gas a day.
“Drillers Kakageldy Babayev and Hojadurdy Geldiyev, drillers of the team of experimental work at wells Baba Babayev and Batyr Orazov, assistant drillers Annadurdy Chariyev and Yakub Abdiyev and a diesel engineer Ovezdurdy Myalikov made a significant contribution to timely and high-quality performing drilling operations and receiving gas inflow at development and appraisal well No. 01,” the drilling foreman Arslan Meredov says.
The main feature of the production of this deposit is its pure composition without hydrogen sulfide impurities. According to experts, the well has huge economic prospects.
