The Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), conducts a marketing survey for the purchase of a paraffin-forming inhibitor according to the following Application: 

Application No. 208 dated August 18, 2023 – Inhibitor (1 item)

To participate in the marketing survey within no more than thirty calendar days (until 6 p.m. local time) from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, it is necessary to do the following: 

1. To develop an applicant’s request for participation in a marketing survey indicating the application number (in any form on an official letterhead signed by authorized persons and stamped with the company’s seal indicating contact information and email addresses) and to send it to the following email addresses. 

2. To be registered in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and to provide a copy of the certificate. 

The provision of clarifying information, the familiarization with the content of the Application and the receipt of Applications are carried out at the following address:
