The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a TENDER for the provision of catering services on the territory of the Residential Complex of the East Cheleken field of the Hazar Contractual Territory and the provision of catering and maintenance services at the Office and Hotel Complex of the Hazar Consortium, city of Balkanabat, under the following Lot: 

Lot No. 1. Provision of catering services at the Office and Hotel Complex of the Hazar Consortium in the city of Balkanabat.

To participate in the tender and to receive the terms of the tender within ten calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of the publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, you should do the following: 

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.
