20 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Representatives of business circles of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, liquefied gas, petroleum road bitumen produced at the technological installations of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" for foreign currency.
Portland cement, cotton yarn and purified cotton waste were also sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: Turkey, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 3 million 828 thousand US dollars.
For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased petroleum road bitumen (SC "Turkmennebit"), float glass and hand-made carpets for a total of over 25 million 630 thousand manats.
