25 million seedlings to be planted in honor of the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan in 2020, 25 million seedlings of deciduous trees, fruit trees and grapes will be planted throughout our country. The start of the national greening campaign took place on November 7 with the participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Having planted a Turkmen juniper, the head of state launched a new stage of landscaping. During the event, the leader of the nation also planted 30 pine seedlings, which symbolized the beginning of large-scale preparations for the 30th anniversary of the country's independence.
The event was also attended by members of the government, heads and representatives of ministries and sectoral departments, numerous residents of the country. Among the participants of the action, designed to enhance the beauty of the Turkmen land, there were also representatives of almost all sectors of the national economy.
On this day, each participant in the greening campaign planted 30 tree seedlings.
