For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the UAE, Malta, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Great Britain purchased diesel fuel, aviation and lighting kerosene, liquefied gas, ECO-93 gasoline (State Concern “Turkmengas”), hydrotreated diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Businessmen from Turkey bought urea (OJSC "Turkmensenagat export-import").
Also, dyed terry products, cotton yarn and fabric, hand-made carpets were sold for foreign currency. Purchasing countries: Russia, UAE, Turkey, Malta, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.
The total amount of transactions exceeded USD 56 million.
For manat funds, merchants from Scotland, the United Arab Emirates, the Virgin Islands, Armenia, and Turkey purchased cotton yarn. Saradzhin wool became the subject of transactions of local entrepreneurs. The total amount of transactions amounted to over 29 million 352 thousand manat.
For local market, domestic businessmen bought motor and base oils produced at the TCOR, high density polyethylene and polypropylene (State Concern “Turkmengas”), hand-made carpets and cotton fiber for a total amount of over 193,146,000 manats.
