The Turkmen section of the TAPI gas pipeline has been supplied with 214 thousand meters of high-pressure polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 225 mm, produced by the Economic Society “Türkmen enjan”. These products will be used to supply water to the construction site.

Polyethylene and polypropylene pipes with a diameter of 110 to 630 mm, withstanding a pressure of 25 atmospheres for 50 years, are produced at the "Türkmen enjan" enterprise in the Ak Bugday province of the Akhal region. The plant's capacity allows to produce from 200 to 1000 meters of tubular products per day.

Raw materials for pipes are supplied by a gas chemical complex located in the village of Kiyanly.

Cooperation of SC “Turkmengas”  with “Türkmen enjan” economic organization in the implementation of a large international project is a vivid example of the successful implementation of the state import substitution program, which is aimed at the comprehensive use of our country's natural resources and the establishment of mass production of finished products that are not inferior in quality to world analogues.
