Today, in the Central Building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, a report meeting was held via video link under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shahym Abdrakhmanov, at which the results of the work of the industry enterprises for January-February 2021 were discussed, as well as important aspects of the implementation of the tasks set by the President of the country to the oil and gas complex at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on March 5 this year.
Reports were made by the State Minister – Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmengaz" B. Amanov, Chairman of the State Corporation "Turkmennebit" G. Baigeldiev, Chairman of the State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya" M. Roziev, General Director of TCOR (Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries) D. Chishiev, heads of the gas chemical complex in Kiyanli, as well as heads of departments and enterprises of the complex.
Turning to the consideration of the issues on the agenda, Vice Prime Minister Sh.Abdyrakhmanov noted that according to the instructions of the head of state, it is necessary to increase the volume of production of oil and gas resources with the use of modern technologies. It was also emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the pace of introduction of digital technologies, comprehensive modernization of production facilities.
During the meeting, the issue of speeding up the construction of the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India gas pipeline and its delivery in due time was discussed.
At the end of the meeting, Vice Prime Minister Sh.Abdyrakhmanov wished the participants success in implementing the tasks set by the President for the oil and gas industry of our country in the year, which is held under the motto " Turkmenistan is the Birthplace of peace and trust»
