 On Monday, a meeting of voters with the candidate for the post of President of Turkmenistan, nominated by the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, Vice-Chairman Serdar Berdimuhamedov, was held in the hyakimlik of the Dashoguz region, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

 The confidant of the candidate, a teacher of secondary school No. 65 of the etrap Gyorogly Aramedova, acquainted the audience with the work biography of Serdar Berdimuhamedov.  She also presented the candidate as a young, proactive, ambitious and responsible leader with extensive experience in the successful implementation of national development programs, acquired over the years of work in various areas of government activity, as well as a person with high moral and organizational qualities.

 Outlining the main directions of his election program, Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that among the historical tasks are the enhancement of the international prestige of Turkmenistan, the further successful development of our country.

 He also noted that the National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052, developed at the initiative of the leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, defines important goals aimed at intensifying work to strengthen state sovereignty, further prosperity of the country at a new stage of development.

 The candidate also mentioned that in order to ensure a high standard of living for citizens and the progress of the country, unity and unification of the efforts of the whole people are necessary.

 - The creative reforms initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will continue in the future, - the Vice-Chairman noted.

 Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the development of housing construction, providing the population with high-quality drinking water, the rational use of water resources, the development of national and international tourism in the region, the construction of new schools and preschool institutions in cities and villages among the tasks facing Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

 The presidential candidate also noted the importance of further construction and reconstruction of roads in the region, support for entrepreneurs, protecting public health and ensuring environmental well-being, improving the social and living conditions of the population in the regions.

 Meetings of candidates for the post of President of Turkmenistan will continue.
