China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd. » Turkmenistan branch re-publishes the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-23041-SR “Restoration of the function for the installation of sulfur granulation on GPP-1 PD Block A on «Bagtiyarlyk» Contract Territory, Lebap Area, Turkmenistan.                                                                                                             

           Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for participation. The application for tender participation shall include the following documents:

1.        Application on participation in Tender.

2.        Brief introduction about company with background, full name of company and legal status, Local company registration and licensing information.

3.        Company financial status and audited financial reports for the last three years.

4.        Provide information about similar projects implemented in the past (including, but not limited to, devices, automatic control systems, pelletizing systems, electrical control systems related to pelletizing over the past 3 years.

5.        Provide the appropriate permits for construction works related to the category of installation of industrial metal pipelines of this project (technical pipelines of this project are pipelines through which a combustible, explosive liquid medium is transported, design pressure P≥4.0 MPa).

6.        The bidder must have at least the following working personnel approved by professional organizations to perform welding, X-ray and ultrasound work, specialists in commissioning electrical and control and measuring equipment.

7.        The bidder's main construction equipment must be his own equipment, and he must have at least the following equipment: welding equipment, lifting equipment, equipment for debugging electrical appliances, etc.

8.        Certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for local companies.

    Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be provided in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and with a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be attached without fail). On the envelope it is necessary to indicate the name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender.
