In October 2024, Ashgabat will host the international conference and exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2024" (OGT-2024), organized by the State Concerns "Turkmengas", "Turkmennebit" and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
Among the numerous foreign participants of the upcoming forum, the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will also take part in the exhibition. Its delegation will be headed by the company's president Rovshan Najaf, who will speak at the conference, the event organizers report.
It is noted that OGT-2024 will become an important platform for the sustainable development of the energy sector and attracting foreign investment in the country's oil and gas industry. This international conference will help strengthen regional cooperation, expand investment opportunities and discuss environmental aspects of hydrocarbon resource development.
