On March 22, a nationwide greening campaign was held in Turkmenistan with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The Chairman of the Mejlis, Vice-Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads and representatives of military and law enforcement agencies, ministries and departments, representative offices of foreign countries and international organizations accredited in our country, as well as the general public also took part in this important environmental event.
The environmental policy pursued by the state is aimed at creating a clean natural environment for future generations. An important aspect of this policy is the broad involvement of the population in environmental protection work.

At the end of the environmental cleanup, the President of Turkmenistan visited the international festival of national cuisines, which brought together representatives from more than 30 countries.
