For 11 months, Turkmenistan's revenues from the export of gas and oil products exceeded 4 billion US dollars

Turkmenistan's revenues from the export of natural gas and petrochemical products for 11 months of 2020 exceeded $ 4.13 billion.  During this period, 8.7 million tons of oil and gas condensate, as well as 62.3 billion cubic meters of gas were produced.  About 31 billion cubic meters of "blue fuel" were exported.

 The total investment in the oil and gas industry in 11 months of this year amounted to more than 7.1 billion manat, which is 492 million manat more than in the same period of 2019.

 The volume of production of liquefied gas, which is in stable demand abroad, amounted to 231 thousand tons, which is 42.3 thousand tons more than in the same period last year.

 In January-November, the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries produced more than 1.7 million tons of gasoline of various brands and over 1.65 million tons of diesel fuel.  A significant part of these products have been sold to foreign companies.

 The sale of polyethylene produced by the polymer plant in Kiyanly has more than tripled since the beginning of the year.  For 10 months of this year, about 140 thousand tons of these products were sold through the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, which is almost 95 thousand tons more than in the same period last year.

The implementation of the project for the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline was discussed on Monday in a telephone conversation between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and his counterparts from India Subramanyam Jaishankar and Pakistan Shah Mahmud Qureishi, the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan reports.
