Entrepreneurs from Turkey and Afghanistan purchased gasoline produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries for foreign currency. Businessmen from the UK bought polypropylene (TCOR), and Hong Kong and Singapore-polyethylene and technical sulfur, respectively.
Smooth-colored and jacquard terry products and cotton yarn were also sold for foreign currency. Purchasing countries: UAE and Azerbaijan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 24 million 168 thousand US dollars.
For manat funds, representatives of business circles from the UAE purchased cotton yarn for a total amount of more than 5 million manats.
Domestic businessmen bought Portland cement for the domestic market in the amount of 50 thousand US dollars.
